Any items which are damaged /broken during shipping will be EXCHANGED based
on the following terms:
- The item(s) are reported as damaged within 3 working days of delivery.
- The item(s) have not been altered by you in any way.
- The returned item(s) are accompanied by the original receipt.
- The item is returned to us in it's original, undamaged packaging.
We will do our best to exchange your item with the same piece or pieces.
Where we cannot supply the identical item, we will offer an exchange of
another item of the customers choice of the same or better value, if an
alternate item is not available, a refund on the item only will be provided
(ie, shipping costs cannot be refunded).
Excluding exchanges for damaged goods & incorrectly sent orders, exchanges
may incur the same postage fee as per the original purchase.
As most of our items are unique in their manufacture and hand-made, some
slight and inconsequential variances may occur with delivered items when
compared to our listed item photograph. Exchanges and /or refunds cannot
be provided on variations of this nature as no two pieces will ever be
the same.

For your privacy and discretion, any issues related to this site will be
discreetly and confidentially handled, including :

- Packaging
- Delivery Contact (only when absolutely necessary)
Your details will be kept confidential at all times and it will NOT be
shared, passed on or sold to anyone outside of our business. This information
will confidentially always remain with us.
Shipping
All in stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your order being
placed and your payment confirmed.
Australian customers should allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery while
our international customers should allow 14 to 18 days. All items are professionally
and discreetly packed.
